If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the following conditions strictly apply:
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Required
An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The unboxing process without cuts or edits
- The issue with the product
âš Claims without a clear and continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at support@kikikart.com with the required proof
- KikiKart reserves the right to approve or reject the claim after verification
KikiKart does not offer free return shipping.
If a return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the KikiKart store address
- Return shipping costs must be borne entirely by the customer
- Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage
- Returned items damaged due to improper packaging may be rejected
All returned products undergo a mandatory inspection after reaching our warehouse.
Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be intact
- The product must match the return request details
Once a return passes inspection:
